The Centralized Verification Office provides a centralized streamlined approach to North Mississippi Health Services' provider credentialing, privileging and the support of the overall payer application process. This service leverages Health Link's many years of expertise in

• Provider credentialing
• Re-credentialing
• Delegated credentialing with commercial and governmental payers

With this alignment of the North Mississippi Medical Center Medical Staff and Health Link, they both utilize a central source of truth for provider data through a shared software platform. This new approach to credentialing, launched in 2019, has streamlined the credentialing process and improved communication.
