Concerns about your hospital stay or clinic visit?
If you have any concerns during your hospital or clinic visit, please ask to speak to someone. This could be a charge nurse or nurse manager in the hospital setting or an office manager in the clinic setting. You may also contact the Care Line at (662) 377-CARE (2273) or submit your concerns through our Patient Experience form.

If you need to make or reschedule an appointment or find a health care provider, call 1-800-THE DESK. You may also make or reschedule appointments with many providers through your myConnection account.
Nurse Link®
Nurse Link is a free telephone triage and health information service provided by North Mississippi Health Services. You can speak directly to a registered nurse and get immediate answers. Using a computerized medical protocol, a nurse will direct you to the most appropriate medical treatment for your situation. This service is available in Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee and supported by local providers as needed.
