Our counseling program is designed to meet the specific emotional and mental health needs of senior adults and their families with respect, compassion and confidentiality.
We understand that asking for help can be difficult, but you are not alone. Whether through our Senior Outpatient Counseling programs or another service, we want to support you in identifying and addressing issues. We support seniors through some of the struggles of life and aging in a safe, encouraging environment. Each individual will be assessed to develop a personalized treatment plan. Qualified Outpatient Counseling participants may meet up to three times per week in a supportive group therapy setting. These sessions allow participants the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of themselves and to create relationships with other people who may be facing similar challenges. The engaging open conversations are guided by a licensed therapist and teach new skills to support mental health wellness. Our program offers:

Medication management
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Transportation within 30-mile radius
Lunch & snacks provided daily

Senior Intensive Outpatient Program
The Senior Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers more support and structure in both group and individual formats with multiple sessions conducted throughout the week. In this escalated level of mental health treatment therapeutic groups along with individual sessions, specialized activity program and occupational therapy are available. This intensive track allows patients an opportunity to explore and identify positive coping skills to improve emotional and mental well-being within a defined time period.
