Our Program

We support seniors through some of the struggles of life and aging in a safe, encouraging environment. Each individual will be assessed to develop a personalized treatment plan. Qualified Outpatient Counseling participants may meet up to three times per week in a supportive group therapy setting. These sessions allow participants the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of themselves and to create relationships with other people who may be facing similar challenges. The engaging open conversations are guided by a licensed therapist and teach new skills to support mental health wellness. Our program offers:

  • Group therapy

  • Individual therapy

  • Individual therapy

  • Discharge planning

  • Medication management

  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

  • Transportation within 30-mile radius

  • Lunch & snacks provided daily

  • Medicare & most supplemental insurance accepted

These sessions are designed to empower our participants to:

  • Develop coping skills

  • Interrupt disordered thoughts & behaviors

  • Reintegrate into the community, church, family & friends

  • Better manage anxiety & impulsivity

  • Prepare for life transitions

Senior Intensive Outpatient Program 

The Senior Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers more support and structure in both group and individual formats with multiple sessions conducted throughout the week. In this escalated level of mental health treatment therapeutic groups along with individual sessions, specialized activity program and occupational therapy are available. This intensive track allows patients an opportunity to explore and identify positive coping skills to improve emotional and mental well-being within a defined time period.

Anyone can make a referral to the Outpatient Counseling Program or Senior Intensive Outpatient Program including individuals, family members, physicians and other health care professionals. A confidential assessment can be completed at no charge.
