Rehabilitation

NMMC's Outpatient Rehabilitation Center brings together rehabilitation professionals, equipment and specially designed facilities to treat patients' needs in one convenient location. The facility offers a variety of services including:

Employee Assistance Program

NMMC Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional counseling service that assists employees when they encounter life concerns that may have a detrimental effect on their job performance. EAP services include:

Training and orientation for supervisors and employees regarding how to access and utilize EAP
Evaluation, counseling and treatment services
Confidential utilization reports provided annually
Critical incident stress debriefing
Educational and promotional materials
On-site workshops/training
Referral services
Supervisory training
24-hour crisis line available to all covered employees and their dependents

Benefits of an EAP include decreased turnover, increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, improved morale and decreased utilization of sick benefits.

Wellness Centers

NMMC's Wellness Centers combine strong education and health assessment programs with traditional fitness equipment and facilities to foster healthier lifestyles. In addition, each Wellness Center works closely with area companies, providing the following services to employees on a contract basis:
