NMHS Welcomes SOG to Connected Care Partners & Health Link

Tupelo, Mississippi--Effective Oct. 1, Specialty Orthopedic Group has joined North Mississippi Health Services integrated provider networks, including Connected Care Partners and Health Link. The new relationship will improve access to high quality, cost-effective orthopedic care throughout the region.

In the past, both organizations independently offered a broad scope of orthopedic-focused services including surgical care. By joining forces, both groups envision better opportunities to connect patients to the right level of care by the right provider at the right time, whether the patient needs surgery, sports medicine, advanced imaging or therapy.

Specialty Orthopedic Group specializes in orthopedic surgery of the hand, wrist and elbow; foot and ankle conditions; shoulder, hip and knee replacement; revision total joint surgery; sports medicine; cervical, thoracic and lumbosacral spine; and hip preservation and arthroscopy. Twenty-six providers, including 13 surgeons, staff Specialty Orthopedic Group’s locations in Tupelo, Oxford, New Albany, Starkville, Senatobia and Batesville.
