Home Health

Delivering the Care You Need
Home Health brings the health care you need to the place where you are most comfortable, your own home, with family members participating in your care.
Through North Mississippi Health Services, the Home Health team is linked to a diversified regional health care organization. Home Care is offered in these northeast Mississippi counties: Alcorn, Chickasaw, Clay, Itawamba, Lee, Monroe, Oktibbeha, Pontotoc, Prentiss, Tippah, Tishomingo, Union and Webster.
NMHS connects Home Health patients to more than 50 medical specialties.
Advanced technology keeps our nurses & therapists connected in the field.
Medical records & home visit documentation are updated in real time.
A centralized call center reduces wait times for patients, family & caregivers.
If hospice care is needed, our team ensures a smooth transition.
If you have trouble communicating, are dependent on others to take you to doctor's appointments, or if it is particularly taxing or you feel unsafe leaving home, Home Health may be a good fit. Home Health can provide care for those recovering from recent conditions and those diagnosed with chronic conditions.
