Dr. Martin Joins North Mississippi Neurosurgical Services
TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Neurosurgical Services announces that Juan Martin, MD, has joined the practice.
Dr. Martin comes to Tupelo from Houston, Texas, where he has been in private practice since 2015. Before then, he practiced for many years in Mexico, Pittsburgh and Minnesota.
Dr. Martin is a board-certified neurosurgeon by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. He completed a full neurosurgical training program with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, top-rated neurosurgery training program in the U.S. He also completed a three-year gamma knife radiosurgery and image-guided neurosurgery fellowship with the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to coming to the U.S., he was a trained neurosurgeon in his country of origin, Mexico.
Dr. Martin practices with neurosurgeons Dr. Carl Bevering, Dr. Louis Rosa, Dr. Jason Stacy, Dr. Elbert White and Dr. John Winestone, as well as eight nurse practitioners and a physician assistant.
