Baldwyn Nursing Facility Honors Grice as Outstanding Employee

BALDWYN, Mississippi – Baldwyn Nursing Facility recently named environmental services technician Kelvin Grice as its Star of the Month.

Grice joined the Baldwyn Nursing Facility team in 2003. His coworkers describe him as a team player who is quick to lend a hand, and visitors often compliment Grice’s work.

“Kelvin works hard and does a good job; he is always friendly and has a smile for everyone,” one of his teammates wrote in nominating Grice. “Baldwyn Nursing Facility and North Mississippi Health Services are blessed and lucky to have him.”

Grice said he enjoys his work at Baldwyn Nursing Facility and appreciates that it is close to home.

“I love the residents and like helping them when I can,” he said.

Grice is a graduate of Baldwyn High School. He and his wife of 32 years, Stella, have two children, Ayana Heavens and Keith Grice, and two grandchildren, Jada and Mia Heavens.
