TUPELO, Mississippi—Pam Franck has been named director of North Mississippi Medical Center’s Neuroscience Institute.
Franck first joined the North Mississippi Health Services team in 1991 as coordinator of the Health Link Preferred Provider Organization. Over the years, she has served in health information management roles and managed several clinics—both private practices and those affiliated with North Mississippi Medical Clinics.
Franck was named a regional director for North Mississippi Medical Clinics in 2015. She served several years on the board of directors for Medical Group Management Association Mississippi, most recently as president of the statewide organization.
A Registered Health Information Administrator, Franck earned a bachelor’s degree in medical record administration from the University of Mississippi in Oxford in 1981. She and her husband, Roger, live in Oxford and share five children and five grandchildren.
The Neuroscience Institute is a regional destination for comprehensive, innovative care for a wide range of brain, spine, pain and neurological disorders. Specialists work side by side to ensure optimal diagnosis and treatment tailored specifically for each patient.
“Pam has been a critical force behind the development of the Neuroscience Institute,” said Angie Everett, NMHS vice president of post-acute and rehabilitation services. “She passionately works alongside health care providers to help expand access for these services and improve outcomes for area residents.”
The Neuroscience Institute includes Neurology Consultants of North Mississippi, North Mississippi Neurosurgical Services, North Mississippi Regional Pain Consultants and North Mississippi Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
