About Me
“I knew I always wanted help people,” says Brittney Kelton, FNP-C. “As a registered nurse working in the Emergency Department, I was able to help people at some of their most critical moments. Now, as a nurse practitioner for Neurosurgery, I can continue that passion. I enjoy being able to educate patients and families about processes and answer other unknowns to them.”
Brittney earned her associate degree in nursing from Itawamba Community College in Tupelo in 2014 and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus in 2020. She completed her master’s degree in nursing and nurse practitioner training at the University of North Alabama in Florence in 2023.
Outside of work, Brittney enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin, and two children, Camden and Coralee.
Connected Care Partners is a group of health care providers working for and with North Mississippi Health Services to improve patient care.
