About Me
Charles Kelly, DO, says he chose health care because he has always had a desire to help people.
“Being a physician enables me to live out that dream,” he says.
Dr. Kelly’s hobbies include weightlifting and playing bass guitar.
“I chose Fulton Medical Clinic because it is part of an organization that puts the patients’ needs first,” he says. “I wanted to be a part of that.”
Dr. Kelly graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia, and completed his family medicine residency at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Kelly is a board-certified family practice physician.
