Biography
Ashley Henson, FNP-BC, says she chose health care because she wanted to help people by making a positive difference in people’s lives.
“As a child, my brother was sick and he didn’t always receive good care,” she says. “I wanted to be the person who treats all my patients as if they are my own family.”
Henson received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Alabama in Florence, and her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati.
She says she wanted to be a part of Pulmonary Consultants because of the vision to be the provider of the best patient-centered care in America, which aligns with her own personal and professional goals.
She enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, participating in church activities, reading and shopping.
