Biography
Kevin Harbour, M.D., received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in biochemistry, both from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. He graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson in 2004 and completed an internal medicine residency there. He served as chief resident in 2007-2008. He completed a fellowship in pulmonology and critical care at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. During his fellowship, Dr. Harbour worked at VA Medical Center in Birmingham. He has also worked at the G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson and at the Jackson Free Clinic.
“Tupelo was an obvious choice for me and my family,” he says. “Tupelo has a large, full-service medical system in North Mississippi Medical Center and stands out as one of the best places to work in the country. What really made the difference for me is the people who work here and their complete dedication to our patients.”
In his spare time, he enjoys duck hunting, fishing and camping.
