North Mississippi Regional Pain Consultants-Hamilton will open April 6 to help area residents find relief from pain caused by various underlying conditions.

HAMILTON, Alabama—North Mississippi Regional Pain Consultants-Hamilton will open April 6 to help area residents find relief from pain caused by various underlying conditions.
 
Services include chronic pain management, addiction treatment, pre- and post-injection evaluations and assistance with medical cannabis certification. Hours will be 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday at 1256 Military Street South, Suite A.
 
No referral or prior imaging is required, and most insurance plans are accepted. To schedule an appointment, call (205) 921-4070 or (662) 377-PAIN (7246). Walk-in appointments will be accepted during regular business hours.
 
Pain management physician Dr. Brent Boyett and nurse practitioner Amanda Hulsey will staff the clinic.
 
Dr. Boyett completed his medical degree at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1998 and completed North Mississippi Medical Center’s Family Medicine Residency Program in 2001. He is board certified in family medicine and addiction medicine, as well as preventive medicine and dental anesthesiology. He is recognized as a Distinguished Fellow by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Boyett specializes in medication-assisted addiction recovery and high-risk populations, including pregnant women.
 
Hulsey has been a nurse since 2012.She completed her master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Alabama in Florence in 2020 and the Advanced Practice Clinician Fellowship program at North Mississippi Medical Center in April 2023.
