TUPELO, Mississippi—Anosha Talpur, MD, recently joined the medical staff of Neurology Consultants.

Dr. Talpur graduated from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, in 2012. She completed residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

“I chose a career in health care to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives,” Dr. Talpur said. “What I enjoy most about my medical practice is the opportunity to solve complex neurological cases, uncovering diagnoses that can transform a patient’s understanding of their condition.”

Dr. Talpur joined Drs. Mark Fletcher, Lucas McElwain, Sudhin Kanabar, Sam Newell, as well as nurse practitioners Donnie Lovell, Jamie Morales, Paige Sanders and Kellie Thornton, and physician assistant Jordan Young.

Outside of work, Dr. Talpur enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and exploring nature trails or local shops. “I cherish quality time with my husband and family, whether it’s sharing a meal, enjoying a walk or simply relaxing together,” she said.
