NMMC Honors Waltman with DAISY Award

TUPELO, Mississippi—North Mississippi Medical Center recently honored Tanesha Waltman with the DAISY Award.

Waltman, a licensed practical nurse, was nominated for going above and beyond to ensure a discharged patient had everything the patient needed, including snacks and a new set of clothes—even purchasing some of the items that were lacking.

"Tanesha is always going above and beyond to do extra things for her patients and her teammates,” her nomination noted. “She is truly an asset to not only NMMC but to 6 South.”
