MABEN, Mississippi – Maben Medical Clinic is proud to welcome nurse practitioner Angela Jones, FNP, to the clinic staff.

Jones joins Drs. Craig Moffett and Sue Simmons in offering primary care services at clinics serving east Webster County and west Oktibbeha Country.

“It gives me great pleasure to be here working with the Maben Medical Clinic team,” Jones said. “I look forward to servicing the needs of the people in Maben and the surrounding areas.”

Jones has more than two decades of experience in health care. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Holmes Community College in 2000. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Western Governors University in 2018. She completed post-graduate training as a family nurse practitioner at the University of Memphis in 2021. Jones holds board certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as well as certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.

Jones says she sees health care as a ministry that allows her to serve others in multiple capacities. She can share a smile, offer a listening ear and extend a caring heart as she cares for patients and their families.

“Nothing is better than ending your day and saying to yourself, ‘I made a difference in someone’s life.’”

Her happiest moments are spending time with her husband, children and family members, sharing laughter and spreading love.

The clinic is located at 49 Turner Street in Maben and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
