Congratulations to North Mississippi Medical Center’s Heart and Vascular Institute for attaining a three-star overall quality rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. A three-star rating, which is the highest rating possible, is given for “Better than Expected” outcomes for CABG surgery patients. The rating is based on three years of data spanning from July 2018-June 2021.
