BALDWYN, Mississippi—Unit coordinator and certified nursing assistant Lea Palmer has been selected as Baldwyn Nursing Facility’s most recent Star of the Month.

Palmer joined Baldwyn Nursing Facility in 2019. She graduated from Tupelo High School and attended Northeast Mississippi Community College and Itawamba Community College.

“The best part of working at Baldwyn Nursing Facility is working in a family-oriented facility alongside staff that goes above and beyond to provide care for those unable to do for themselves,” Palmer says.

She and her husband, Mark, have been married for 17 years. She has two sons, Christopher and Logan; two daughters, Rebecca and Cayliana; and two grandchildren, Olivia and Jordan. She also has two chihuahuas, Piper and Opie, and enjoys camping, kayaking, riding her motorcycle and traveling.
