Williams Recognized as BNF Outstanding Employee

BALDWYN, Mississippi—Kim Williams of Health Information Services has been selected by her peers as Baldwyn Nursing Facility’s most recent Employee of the Month.

Williams joined the Baldwyn Nursing Facility staff in 2007 as a certified nursing assistant and also served as a unit coordinator before assuming her current role.

A co-worker wrote in her nomination, “Kim will jump in with both feet to help with whatever she can. She is such a positive, caring and kind team member. She is truly an example to follow.”

“I love getting to know the residents. Taking care of them is very rewarding,” Williams says. “I have been blessed with a great group of people to work with. Baldwyn has become family.”

Williams is a 1990 graduate of Mantachie High School. She and her husband of 30 years, Jamey, have two children—daughter Ashlan, 19, and son Devin, 13. The family attends Norris Chapel Baptist Church in Mantachie.
