North Mississippi Medical Center-Hamilton Honors Lawler as Outstanding Employee
Niki Lawler, who is a certified nursing assistant at NMMC-Hamilton Nursing Home, has been selected by her peers as the most recent Employee of the Quarter.
HAMILTON, Ala.— Niki Lawler, who is a certified nursing assistant at North Mississippi Medical Center-Hamilton Nursing Home, has been selected by her peers as the most recent Employee of the Quarter.
Lawler joined the nursing home staff in 2020. “Niki is dependable; she comes in whenever she is needed,” said a coworker who nominated Lawler. “I love working with Niki. She is so sweet and is a very hard worker.”
Another coworker said that she loves working with Lawler because “she is a great team member and is always kind to everyone she meets.”
Lawler says the best part of her job is getting to spend time with and take care of those who need it most. “I’ve always had a soft spot for the elderly and love spending time with them,” she said.
Lawler is the mother of one child – Kass. She is a graduate of Hackleburg High School and attended Bevill State Community College. She is a member of Old Trinity Church in Bear Creek.
The Employee of the Quarter honor recognizes employees with exemplary job performance and customer service skills, as well as community involvement.
