AMORY, Miss.—Baker joined the NMMC Gilmore-Amory staff in 2015. She is a graduate of Fayette County High School in Fayette, Alabama.

She and her husband, Dwight, have three “wonderful grandchildren.” 

“The best part about my job is being able to repair equipment and learn new things,” Baker says, “Every day is a learning experience and I love to see people smile.”

In her nomination, Baker’s co-workers wrote, “Scotty is a hard worker.  She is always willing to try to do whatever is asked of her.  She will also help whenever and wherever she is needed.  Scotty cares about her work that she does and strives to do the best job possible.”
