TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Medical Center will present “Plant-Based 101” at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, and again at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, in the Wellness Center classroom at 1030 S. Madison.

Registered dietitian Emily Littlejohn will discuss eating and meal planning for a plant-based diet. Masks are required.
