NMHS to Open A New Medical Clinic in Tishomingo County
Burnsville Medical Clinic will open in the summer of 2022BURNSVILLE, Mississippi – Burnsville Medical Clinic will open in the summer of 2022, offering comprehensive primary care services, with appointments available and walk-ins welcome for medical care close to home.
Burnsville Medical Clinic will be affiliated with North Mississippi Medical Clinics, a network of more than 40 clinics across north Mississippi and northwest Alabama, including Belmont Family Medical Clinic and Iuka Medical Clinic.
“We are looking forward to the opening of Burnsville Medical Clinic. Delivering care and service of the highest quality is our passion, and we are excited to have this opportunity in Burnsville,” said David Barber, president of North Mississippi Medical Clinics and chief network development officer for North Mississippi Health Services.
Burnsville Medical Clinic will be a division of Tishomingo Health Services and located on Highway 72 just 6 miles from North Mississippi Medical Center-Iuka.
“Better serving the medical needs of Northeast Mississippi residents has long been a priority for our organization,” said Barry Keel, North Mississippi Medical Center-Iuka administrator. “We look forward to offering convenient, compassionate care through the new Burnsville Medical Clinic.”
Construction will begin in December with a formal groundbreaking ceremony planned for early January.
