Fikes, King Receive Med Tech Scholarships
The HCF of North Mississippi awarded Mary Margaret Fikes and Mickala King $600 scholarship

TUPELO, Miss.—The Health Care Foundation of North Mississippi has awarded Mary Margaret Fikes of Amory and Mickala King of Baldwyn each a $600 scholarship in memory of Paul Hamblin, who served as director of North Mississippi Medical Center’s Pathology Department from 1961-1970.
Fikes graduated from Cleveland High School in 2014. She graduated from MSU in 2018 and will complete NMMC’s medical laboratory science program in August.
King graduated from Baldwyn High School in 2017. She will complete NMMC’s medical laboratory science program and graduate from Mississippi State University in August.
