BALDWYN, Miss.—Baldwyn Nursing Facility recently named Ralph Sanders as Employee of the Month for February.

Sanders joined Baldwyn Nursing Facility’s Food and Nutrition Department in 2019. He attended Southside High School in Selma, Alabama, where he was born and reared. He moved to Mississippi 25 years ago.

Sanders’ coworkers say he always goes the extra mile to better serve residents, including frequently honoring their special meal requests. He is hailed as a great team member and leader.

Sanders said he loves helping others and working alongside a great staff. He has two children—April Lynn Sanders and Jessecka Christine Sanders Champion.
