BNF Honors Harper as Outstanding Employee
Physical therapist assistant Debra Harper has been selected as Baldwyn Nursing Facility’s most recent Employee of the Month.
BALDWYN, Mississippi—Physical therapist assistant Debra Harper has been selected as Baldwyn Nursing Facility’s most recent Employee of the Month.
Harper joined the Baldwyn Nursing Facility staff six years ago in the Rehabilitation Services Department. A 1979 graduate of Nettleton High School, she graduated from Itawamba Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant Technology Program in 1999.
Harper says she appreciates the family atmosphere at Baldwyn Nursing Facility and enjoys talking, laughing and singing with the residents. “I enjoy helping people get better,” she says. “I often say, ‘The Lord resides at our nursing home.’”
Harper has two children--Ron Ruff and Bethany Bonner—and three grandchildren—CeeJay Witherspoon, and Reid and Rhyan Camerson. She attends Whitehill M.B. Church, where she teaches Sunday School, sings in the choir and is active with the Women2Women Ministry. Her hobbies include baking, singing, reading and shopping.
