The registration/assessment fee includes:

• Height & weight Cardiovascular fitness

• Consultation to review results and develop a personalized, monitored fitness program tailored to each member’s individual needs

Membership is open to:

• Age 12 is restricted to staffed hours if not exercising with a parent, guardian and/or personal trainer.
• Age 13-18 may exercise on your own with a parent signature to join
• Younger than age 12 with a physician referral for specific reason, as well as exercising with a parent, guardian or personal trainer

• Indoor walking/jogging track (1/16th mile)
• Group exercise areas
• Cardiovascular equipment
• Free weights
• Weight training equipment

Bridge to Wellness Information & Application

Relax in our Therapeutic Day Spa, which features massage therapy (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Lymphatic Drainage Massage), body treatments and nail services. Our two estheticians offer facials, waxing and chemical peels.

Guest fees are $10 per visit.

Temporary Memberships are available under special circumstances.
