Membership is open to:

• Age 12 if exercising with a parent, guardian and/or personal trainer
• Age 13-18 may exercise on your own with a parent signature to join
• Younger than age 12 with with a physician referral for specific reason, as well as excercising with a parent, guardian or personal trainer

• Group exercise areas
• Cardiovascular equipment
• Free weights
• Weight training equipment

Spin Class is offered at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday & Thursday

Toning Class is offered at 4:15 p.m. Monday & Wednesday

Bridge to Wellness is a medical referral membership that offers patients referred by their health care provider a discounted joining fee of $30. Download the brochure for more details and a referral form.

Guest fees are $10 per visit.

Temporary Memberships are available under special circumstances.
