About Me
Miranda Hutchins, AGPCNP, is part of the Palliative Care team at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She guides patients and their families through symptom management and complicated decisions that come with serious illness.
She began her nursing career at North Mississippi Medical Center as a registered nurse caring for oncology and medical-surgical patients. She went on to serve in Home Health before becoming a nurse practitioner.
Miranda earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. She completed her master's degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed certification as a Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in 2022.
Before joining the Palliative Care team, she served patients as a nurse practitioner in the skilled nursing facility setting and transitional care management.
Connected Care Partners is a group of health care providers working for and with North Mississippi Health Services to improve patient care.
