Shaun Laughlin Helmhout, MD

Dr. Shaun L. Helmhout is a primary care physician who brings more than two decades of experience in family medicine along with a passion for building long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Dr. Helmhout completed her medical degree at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis. She later finished her family medicine residency at St. Francis Family Medicine Residency in Memphis.

“I chose a career in health care because I have a genuine desire to help people and a strong interest in science,” said Dr. Helmhout. “What I’m most looking forward to is seeing my patients and continuing to provide high-quality primary care to the Oxford community.”
