West Point Children’s Clinic Welcomes Odom as New Pediatrician
WEST POINT, Mississippi – Dr. Brittany Odom has joined the West Point Children’s Clinic and North Mississippi Medical Clinics’ team.
A board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Odom earned her bachelor's degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she was a student-athlete and team captain on the track and field team. She earned her medical degree at the University of Kansas and completed her residency at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.
“As a kid, I always have found science fascinating,” said Dr. Odom. “As I got older, that fascination turned into a passion for medicine and health care. Being able to follow what I’m passionate about and use that knowledge to help others live healthier lives made health care so rewarding for me.”
“We are thrilled to have Dr. Odom join our health care family,” said David Barber, president, North Mississippi Medical Clinics. “Her passion for pediatric health care makes her a valuable addition to our clinic and health care system.”
Dr. Odom enjoys spending time with her husband, son and labradoodle. She also loves cheering on her favorite football teams, running, painting and drawing.
At West Point Children’s Clinic, we are committed to providing medical services for children of all ages, welcoming new patients and walk-ins with same-day access. Dr. Odom joins pediatrician Dr. Keith Watson and nurse practitioners Robert Foster, Keicia Lynn and Jennifer Rigdon at West Point Children’s Clinic.
