Warner Joins NMHS as Vice President of Human Resources
Kim Warner has joined North Mississippi Health Services as vice president of Human Resources for North Mississippi Health Services.
Warner comes to NMHS from the University of Kentucky HealthCare in Lexington, where she served as director of Human Resources, Business Partners and Enterprise Learning since 2016. This role was the senior HR leader for UK Healthcare. Born and raised in Canada, she began her healthcare career as Director of Tobacco Initiatives with the Manitoba Lung Association. She served as director of Organization and Staff Development then as Director of Operations, Quality and Patient Safety at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in Manitoba, Canada.
She received bachelor of science degrees from the University of Regina in Saskatchewan in social work and the University of Winnipeg in sociology, and a master’s of science in social work from the University of Regina.
Her professional designations include Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources Management and Lean Green Belt in Six Sigma.

Her hobbies include hiking, reading, photography and crafts.
