Dr. Jordan Steele Joins West Point Medical Clinic and Urgent Care
WEST POINT, Miss.—Jordan W. Steele, D.O., has joined West Point Medical Clinic and Urgent Care.
Dr. Steele attended Itawamba Community College and earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Mississippi State University in 2011. He earned his medical degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg in 2015. He completed residency training at North Mississippi Medical Center’s Family Medicine Residency Program in 2018. He recently completed an emergency medicine fellowship at NMMC in partnership with Relias Healthcare. Dr. Steele has extensive emergency department and urgent care experience.
He and his wife, Dr. Janee Routh Steele, have two sons, Barrett, 7, and Reese, 2. He enjoys spending time with family, hunting and golf.
He joins Drs. Keith Box, Ned Miller, Janee' Routh Steele and Gerald Turner at the clinic, which is located on the east side of the NMMC-West Point campus at 755 Emergency Drive and visible from U.S. Hwy 45. West Point Medical Clinic is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, while the Urgent Care is open 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and noon-6 p.m. Sunday. The clinic is part of the North Mississippi Medical Clinics network.
