BNF Honors Watson as Outstanding Employee

BALDWYN, Miss.—Baldwyn Nursing Facility recently named Brittany Watson as October Employee of the Month.

Watson worked for eight years as a certified nursing assistant at Baldwyn Nursing Facility. In January she transferred from the Nursing Department to the Activities Department, where she displays her caring attitude to even more residents each day.

A Baldwyn native, Watson graduated from Baldwyn High School in 2005. She and her husband, Bryan, have been together for 16 years and have two boys—Drelin, 15, and Brylan, 9. The family attends Mount Nebo Congregational Methodist Church.

“She always has a smile, is open to change, understands the needs of the residents, and always jumps in and helps coworkers in need,” her nomination states.

“The best part of working at Baldwyn Nursing Facility is getting to know our residents and showing them compassion which they deserve,” Watson said. “I enjoy spreading my kindness and contagious smile.”
