Bariatric Clinic Moves, Physicians Focus Practice

TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Medical Center’s Bariatric Clinic is moving Jan. 4 into Midtown Pointe, located at 499 Gloster Creek Village.

The Bariatric Clinic will be housed in the same facility as Surgery Clinic of Tupelo, whose two surgeons—Terry Pinson, M.D., F.A.C.S., and Will Cauthen, M.D., F.A.C.S.—perform weight loss surgery at North Mississippi Medical Center. For more information, call (662) 377-SLIM (7546).

Two surgeons formerly with Surgery Clinic of Tupelo will continue their practices in the building but will focus on specific areas. Danny Sanders, M.D., F.A.C.S., will be affiliated with NMMC Breast and General Surgery Clinic and will primarily perform breast surgery. His office may be reached at (662) 377-8025.

Charles Pigott, M.D., F.A.C.S., will be affiliated with NMMC Acute Care Trauma and will primarily perform trauma surgery. Dr. Pigott will also maintain his general surgery practice in Hamilton, Alabama. For more information, call (662) 377-6470.

Hours for these clinics are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m.-noon Friday. Surgery Clinic of Tupelo is open until 2 p.m. Friday.
