“We’ve been asking patients if they still want to come for their appointment and if they do, we offer to come out to their car,” says Dr. Erik Dukes of Booneville Medical Clinic. “If they’re more comfortable not leaving home, we offer the Virtual Video Visit and if they don’t have a computer or smartphone, we offer a Telephone Visit.”

Virtual Care offers safety as everyone shelters in place, but convenience anytime. “The rapport with patients has been incredible,” Dr. Dukes says. “It’s kind of neat to see the patients in their own surroundings.”
