Biography
A 2009 graduate of South Pontotoc High School, Rebakah Wilson earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2013. She completed her master’s degree in nursing with a dual focus in primary and acute care in 2017 at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
“I grew up watching my hero—my mother—work in health care all of my life,” Wilson says. “She’s my inspiration for my career, along with my love for helping others.
Wilson has extensive nursing experience, including working many years at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. She has also assisted with Camp Hopewell, a camp for children with diabetes, in Oxford.
She and her husband, Shane, have three fur babies—Bama, Cody and Josi. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with them, as well as traveling and reading.
