Biography
Dr. Dukes received a bachelor’s degree from William Carey College in Hattiesburg. He completed his medical training at Louisiana State University School of Medicine and his family medicine residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Ga. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Center for Sports Medicine at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Fla. Dr. Dukes is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice. He received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)/American Diabetes Association (ADA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program.
Dr. Dukes says he chose health care because he felt called to it by God. He chose North Mississippi Medical Clinics because it is a “great organization and cutting-edge.”
Dr. Dukes coaches basketball and has seven children – six boys and one girl.
