Hunter Williamson
Hunter B. Williamson, RN, MHA, is the chief nursing officer for North Mississippi Medical Center-Pontotoc.
Williamson’s professional experience encompasses critical care, cardiac catheterization laboratory, medical-surgical units, patient services and clinical rounding in Cardiovascular Services.
Williamson joined NMMC-Pontotoc as CNO in 2019 after serving as the health services administrator with Centurion of Mississippi.
He obtained an associate degree in nursing from Itawamba Community College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago. In 2018, Williamson completed a master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University in Athens.
Williamson is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Mississippi Nurses’ Association.
