Suzanne DePaulo, M.D.: Earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn., and graduated from medical school at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis in 2006. She completed an internship and residency at David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base in California. Dr. DePaulo is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice. She is a member of the Academy of Family Physicians and American Medical Association.

Office Hours

Our clinic is open from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, and from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.


Appointments may be made by calling (662) 494-1339 during office hours. Appointments may be requested with the health care provider of your choice. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.

If you have health care questions after hours, please call Nurse Link® at (662) 377-3007 or 1-800-882-6274. If you have a health care emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest Emergency Department.

In the event that a patient needs a service or medical care that isn’t provided by West Point Primary Care Clinic, the health care provider on duty will provide a referral to that service and/or medical specialty during regular business hours. West Point Primary Care Clinic is open from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, and from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. If a patient needs access to care when the clinic is closed, those patients may opt to receive care from North Mississippi Medical Center-West Point’s Emergency Department.

Patient Portal Offers Secure Online Services to Your Health Information

We now have the ability to exchange secure online correspondence with our patients and keep your information up-to-date. If you have Internet access and sign up for this service, you will have the ability to do the following at your convenience:

· View your patient chart summary

· Request an appointment

· Request a medication refill

· View test results

· Change personal information

· Access forms

To access the service, you will register using a PIN (Personal Identification Number) that will be provided by our clinic staff to you in a personalized letter after a visit to our clinic. The PIN will expire in 30 days. If your PIN has expired before you access your account, please visit us in person to obtain a new PIN. To ensure patient confidentiality, we do not provide this information over the phone.
