The Wellness Center is the most comprehensive health and fitness
facility in our area. Located next to NMMC-West Point,
the 14,000-square-foot building features the newest and finest exercise
services available.
To Join
A $100 joining fee
covers the initial fitness assessments. These profiles include:
Height/weight
Heart rate
Blood pressure
Body composition assessment
Muscular strength & endurance
Flexibility tests
Aerobic capacity
Lipid profile (total cholesterol/HDL)
Cardiovascular risk assessment
Individual exercise prescription

Monday-Thursday.......5:30
a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Friday......................
5:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Saturday ................. 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Sunday ................... 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Personnel
All instructors are
specially trained, degreed and/or certified. They possess the
expertise and dedication to help you reach your personal fitness
goals.
Membership
Membership is open to
anyone over 13 years old with a signed physician's clearance form. Monthly
rates are:

Racquetball Court Nonmembers may play as a guest of members. Babysitting
Services Babysitting services
are available mornings and evenings for children 6 weeks to 8 years old.
Each member may bring two children under walking age each visit. The fee
is $1 per child per hour. Reservations are necessary. Special
