Medical Staff

Carl Bevering III, M.D., earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., and received his medical training at the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City. He completed his general surgery internship and neurosurgery residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Dr. Bevering is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.

R. Hunt Bobo, M.D., received a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Tulane University in New Orleans, La., and completed his medical training at Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and neurosurgery residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Bobo completed a neuro-oncology fellowship at Veterans Administration Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y. He is board certified in neurological surgery. Dr. Bobo is a member of the American Medical Association, Mississippi State Medical Association and American Association of Neurological Surgery.

Louis Rosa, III, M.D., received his medical training at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Following a surgical internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., Dr. Rosa returned to Georgetown University School of Medicine for his neurosurgery residency. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.

Elbert White, M.D.
Dr. White received his medical degree at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed residency training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery Veterans Administration Hospital, both in Jackson.

Dawn Frans, CFNP, earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus and a master's degree as a family nurse practitioner from Delta State University in Cleveland. A resident of Amory, Frans graduated from Kossuth High School and earned her associate's degree in nursing from Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville.

Office Hours 

Our clinic is open Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am-5:00 pm. and Friday: 8:00 am-2:00 pm.


Appointments

Patients must be physician referred. New patient appointments may be made through your primary care provider. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the patient. If you are an established patient, you may contact our office at (662)377-5700 during office hours to schedule or reschedule an appointment.

Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do occur. We hope that you will understand these delays are unavoidable.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.

After Hours Care
