About Mended Hearts

At Mended Hearts, we know that one-on-one support and encouragement improves outcomes for heart patients. Mended Hearts are survivors, people who…
• Understand your needs and concerns because we’ve experienced them for ourselves.
• Listen and share experiences about lifestyle charges that are needed for a healthy recovery.
• Strive to help people understand that there can be a rich, rewarding life after a major cardiac event.
• Are dedicated to inspiring hope and improving the quality of life for heart patients and their families.

Hospital Visitors

Mended Hearts Accredited Visitors share their own personal experiences with NMMC's heart patients in the hope it will help in their recovery.
