Graduate Nurse Incentives

Orientation

 

Most graduate nurses receive approximately 12 weeks of orientation which includes skills lab, electronic medical record training and one-on-one coaching from a staff nurse and nurse educator. All graduate nurses are reassessed after orientation to ensure they are adequately oriented to their unit.
