Medical Staff
Dr. Ray Arriola, M.D.,
received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Mississippi
in Oxford and completed his medical training at the University of
Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson. He completed his family medicine
residency at the North Mississippi Medical Center Family Medicine Residency
Center in Tupelo.
Billy T. Collum,
M.D., a family practice physician, completed his undergraduate studies
at the University of Mississippi, his medical studies at Harvard Medical
School and his internship in family medicine at Jefferson Davis Hospital in
Houston, Texas.
Charles Kelly,
D.O., graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.Va., and completed his family medicine residency at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, La. Dr. Kelly is a board-certified family practice physician.
Kathryn Pastrell, M.D., earned her medical
degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno and completed an
internship at Mount Zion Hospital in San Francisco, Calif. She completed her
family medicine residency at the NMMC Family Medicine Residency Center, where
she served as chief resident and most recently as a member of the faculty. Dr.
Pastrell is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and has a
special interest in women's health care.
Grayden A. Tubb, M.D.,
a board-certified family practice physician, graduated from the University
of Mississippi and received his medical training at the University of
Mississippi School of Medicine and completed his internship at the San Diego
Naval Hospital in San Diego, California.

Our clinic is open Monday
through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Appointments
Appointments may be made by
calling (662) 862-5200 during office hours. Appointments may be requested
with the health care provider of your choice. Every effort will be made to
provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the
patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do
occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable.
We accept walk-in patients.
However, walk-in patients will be worked into the schedule as time permits.
If you are unable to keep
your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another
patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your
thoughtfulness.
