Medical Staff
Rafael Arteta-Bulos, M.D., received his medical training and a
master's degree in health policy in Lima, Peru. He completed his internal
medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Mich.
David G. Booth,
D.O., graduated from the Southeastern University of Health Sciences
College of Osteopathic Medicine in Miami, Fla. He completed his residency at
the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Booth is a board-certified
family physician.
Charles A. Ozborn, M.D.,
a board-certified family physician, received his medical training at the
University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed his residency at
Mississippi Baptist Hospital in Jackson.
Abigail Moss, CFNP,
earned an associate's degree in nursing from Northeast Mississippi Community
College in Booneville. She earned a master's degree in nursing from Vanderbilt
University in August 2003.

Our clinic is open Monday
through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Appointments
Appointments may be made by
calling (662) 258-7200 during office hours. Appointments may be requested
with the health care provider of your choice. Every effort will be made to
provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the
patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do
occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable.
We accept walk-in patients.
However, walk-in patients will be worked into the schedule as time permits.
If you are unable to keep
your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another
patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your
thoughtfulness.
